Marketing Plan
Having found out from your market research what your competitors are doing, how they compare with you and precisely what your customers want, you are now in the position to detail clearly how you will be offering your service under the following four headlines.
Please give reasons for making each decision.
If possible include a sample or illustration here or in the appendix.
A Detailed description of you product/service
What the range will be and why
What packaging will you use (if applicable)
Your suppliers of goods (if applicable)
The quality of your product/service its unique selling point (USP)
Details of
customer care, terms and conditions, guarantees, etc.
Explain how the prices you will be charging for your product/service fit into the prices charged generally in the market
Give details of how you have priced 3-4 products/services
Describe any
planned offers or discounts you think you will introduce and why think they
will be of benefit to the business
What advertising and promotions you have planned, using what media and why
Cost, frequency and budget on each
How will you be selling your product/service? What methods of selling will you use and why do you think they will be effective?
Sketches or
samples should be included in the appendix
Give a detailed explanation of how your product/service reaches the customer
List the outlets that you have arranged if appropriate
