them (List the advantages and disadvantages against each one. How large
is their share of the market, what are the future strategic plans and how much
of a threat are they to your business?)
Your competitive edge (Why people will buy your
product not that of the competition)
What is the
likely demand for your product/service? Give full details of conclusions drawn
from your customer research (Use % figures from your customer research to back
up your statements)
Who are your likely customers and where can they be found (Businesses or individuals, location, type of business or person, spending power, etc.)
